The City of Hartford, in collaboration with HPATV staff, works together to produce a variety of programs aired on Channel 96. These include workshops, seminars, interviews, press conferences, groundbreakings, ribbon-cuttings, and coverage of activities and events taking place in Hartford. HPATV also provides live coverage of City Council meetings and public hearings, as well as recording and airing committee meetings.
